The Experiments
Our rotating releases are made for the adventurous. Every release is produced in limited quantities, and many are never made again. Once the last bottle leaves the shelf, that's the end of the story.

Applesaurus

Applesaurus began as an idea for a cider before deciding it had bigger ambitions. The result is a port-style apple wine fortified with grape brandy, bringing together ripe apple flavors, warming richness, and just enough sweetness to make every sip feel like a small discovery.
